This Shipping Policy explains how orders from shopvivente.com are processed, prepared and delivered.

2. Shipping Destinations

We may ship orders within Latvia, the European Union and selected international destinations.

Availability of shipping depends on:

  • Product size and weight;

  • Material fragility;

  • Destination country;

  • Courier availability;

  • Customs and import requirements;

  • Whether the product is ready-made, made to order or requires special handling.

For large, heavy, fragile or high-value objects, shipping may be arranged individually after order confirmation.

3. Processing Time

Order processing time depends on the product type.

Ready-made products are usually prepared for dispatch within 7 - 30 business days (depending on buyers specifications) after payment confirmation.

Made-to-order, customised, stone, wooden or large-format objects may require additional production and preparation time. In such cases, the estimated timeline will be communicated individually.

Processing times do not include weekends, public holidays, courier delays or customs processing.

4. Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times vary depending on the destination:

  • Latvia: 7 -14 business days after dispatch

  • European Union: 7 - 30 business days after dispatch

  • International deliveries: 14 - 30 business days after dispatch

These delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

5. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs may be calculated at checkout or agreed individually, depending on the product and destination.

For large, heavy, fragile or premium objects, shipping may require a custom quote. In such cases, we may contact you after the order or inquiry to confirm the delivery method and cost.

Shipping costs may depend on:

  • Product dimensions;

  • Product weight;

  • Packaging requirements;

  • Delivery country;

  • Insurance needs;

  • Courier or freight service used;

  • Special handling requirements.

6. Special Handling for Natural Stone and Wooden Objects

VIVENTE products may be fragile, heavy or made from natural materials. For this reason, some orders may require:

  • Reinforced packaging;

  • Pallet delivery;

  • Insured shipping;

  • Freight delivery;

  • Individual courier arrangement;

  • Customer coordination before dispatch.

We take reasonable care to package products safely, but the customer must inspect the shipment upon delivery and report visible damage as soon as possible.

7. Delivery Address

The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

We are not responsible for delays or failed delivery caused by incorrect, incomplete or outdated delivery information provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect address, failed delivery attempt or failure to collect the shipment, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping costs.

8. Order Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after dispatch.

Tracking availability may depend on the courier, destination and delivery method.

9. Customs, Duties and Import Taxes

For deliveries outside Latvia or outside the European Union, the customer may be responsible for customs duties, import VAT, taxes, brokerage fees or other local charges.

These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

10. Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at:

Please include:

  • Order number;

  • Photos of the damaged product;

  • Photos of the packaging;

  • Photos of the shipping label;

  • A short description of the damage.

Please keep all packaging materials until the issue has been reviewed, as they may be required for courier claims.

11. Lost or Delayed Shipments

If your shipment is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us and we will assist with checking the shipment status with the courier.

We are not responsible for courier or customs delays outside our control, but we will reasonably assist in resolving delivery issues.

12. Collection or Individual Delivery

For certain products, especially large stone, wood or custom-made objects, we may offer or require individual delivery coordination or collection by agreement.

Any such arrangement will be confirmed directly with the customer.
